The problem, to me, is that HE felt that HE had the right to look at
ANYTHING HE WANTED. On the off chance that it might be "interesting" or
"useful". I guess my response to him was with my paranoid security freak
hat on. He never indicated what he was looking for. He was just trolling
for "whatever I may find." Not a good response to this security freak.
Also not smart to imply that I am a liar and he had the right to
question anything that I told him. Again, not a smart thing to do! 

That may come across as arrogant on my part. But I've been burned too
many times by "smart" programmer who "borrow" code from me, without
asking, then enter problem reports against it when the code doesn't do
what they wanted it to. That's why my libraries and jobs are unreadable
by anybody outside my group. I've even had "code stealing" problem
within my group. But they are usually smart enough to not whine at me
when the stolen code "doesn't work right."
