Yes, but this conversion happended about 20 years ago. Some of the loadlibs were still blocked for 3330. Others were blocked to numbers that made no sense at all. production control had a lot of code to handle the different blksizes but still had periodic problems (one or two a year). . It was a chance to clean up a long standing mess.
