The first Y2k MVS was either 5.1 or 5.2.2 (1994-1995 time frame).

MVS/ESA 3.2 is from the late 80's

Was that level of MVS Y2K compliant?  I don't believe it was (and I'm
sure
it wasn't certified as such).

I'd expect you have licensing issues with IBM... can't help you there.
