1. IBM has made unilateral decisions for years. Some (many) of which I disagree
with.
2. IBM does not address requirements through IBM-Main.
3. You really want it? Make a formal request.
4. I have heard a lot of bitching about this, for years. But, nobody (I know
of) has made a formal request.
That would be more productive.
