And since you can get the functionality (with the caveats) that 
people complain about with an IEFUJV exit, it isn't that big
a deal.  Especially since sample exit source is freely avaialable.

No offense to Shane's work, but I like Pieter Wiid's version better
since it works like "normal" substitution in JCL (no SET statements
are required).
