David, I really don't want to do that, I might have mistated the question, I 
just want to apply that sevice which apply to the FMID in question.

known to be in error? Maybe you should just exclude it for now. Pretty
much the ONLY time I will bypass an error, is at the direction of IBM
support, or if I am applying a FUNCTION(new product), and need to get it
installed.
