The display shows only one extent, so no problem.  But what  if it showed 
more?  I would think that a REFRESH was totally safe (if the  zapped product 
were 
the only thing in the linklib that had been changed), but  defining a new 
LINKLIB and making it hot without an IPL would be either  dangerous or 
impossible.
