Not just velocity goals. WLM in a non-homogeneous sysplex is a basket case. Wasn't designed for it, and can't handle the skewing effect if service classes are shared across CECs that have (markedly) differing engine sizes. Taxing on the performance analysis team to say the least. Suck-it-and-see is probably the best (only) advice. Each of us knows our own workloads/environments like no-one else can.
