CICS has been happily conversing with TCPIP for several years. And so is IMS and DB2.
JES2 support is in the form of NJE over TCPIP instead of SNA as of Z/OS 1.7, but this is not documented. It missed the announcement letters. InfoPrint Server has two components called IP/Printway and NetSpool. NetSpool grabs your existing SNA printer stuff from applications like CICS and drops it into the JESx spool. Most of the time the applications do not need modification at all, but YMMV. IP/Printway is the component which grabs stuff out of the JESx spool and sends it on to TCPIP addressable printers. PSF can also send output to TCPIP addressable printers, but those must be IPDS capable stuff, like channel attached PSF printers.
