Dick left IBM a number of years ago and I haven't heard from since then.
We're running V6.M09A.
I'm not aware of any plans or procedures to make this available to IBM
customers, and as far as I know it is not in active development, though
someone may have better info than I. I cannot contact Jim right now to
see if he has more info; perhaps someone else will be able to provide some.
