Probably, generally speaking, I would think so, yes.

I cannot prove this but I have observed that this is not the case.
The bigger the company the fewer JCL errors. The smaller companies
tend to hire (IMO) less experienced personnel. I have taught JCL
courses at small companies and they tend to have less than lets say
talented people, IMO.
