If you build it, they will come. But, the biggest problem is data integrity, as far as I'm concerned. We have a problem where data is dropped under TCP/IP and it is not under SNA. Same circumstances. Fully repeatable. The issue is caused by user written macros (scripts), that are needed for the business.
