If someone wants to interest new people to the platform, let them offer ACCESS to the platform. Reading material is surely required but is no subtitute for a system one can try things on. Easy availability is a big part of the reasons of flooding in other platforms. With all the talk ( and some action ) this crucial factor has not yet been addressed.
