I'm not quite sure exactly how You mean. Regarding UE the default save
directory
is the one that the opened file was read from. So in Your example above it
depends on from where You read the file in question.

Yes (UE).
(And also C/C++, Java, Perl and others. You can create Your own syntax
highlightning
definition file if You want. Check at the list at:
