I have setup some PCOM macros tohelp me jumping around. I'm used to work in ISPF with "Tab to action bar choices" OFF and the command line on top. This way, the HOME key puts the curson on the command line. With this setting as a prerequisite, I setup macros to issue the key sequence HOME - 1 - PF9, HOME - 2 - PF9, an so on. The macros are then assiged to CTRL-F1, CTRL-F2, etc. Except when the current panel does not have a command line at the top, pressing CTRL-Fn brings me to session n. Not exactly the Borlan behaviour but something the like.
