While Hal's suggestion may work, what you are planning to do it the correct way. It should show greater than 95% data collected when the two reports are added together. That, and your explanation of a box upgrade, is all that is needed. Just did the same in January, February and March of this year. I even contacted the SCRT team before hand because I use only the web submission now.
