For those of us who are mentally challenged, where might I find sample

Member names, and manual names (perhaps chapters too?) would be helpful.
I have a level 2 support staff member asking me to provide such a file
for their diagnostic efforts on my PMR.
I'm not a systems programmer. Though I wish I had the training.
Thanks,

Everyone,
I had a dummy attack. It occurred to me later that I might use a PRINT
ODSN command from the SDSF LOG screen. I've extracted that information
to a file and packaged it up for the IBM staffer.
Is there a better way to do this? I have heard that folks tend to
offload the system log records to files from time to time. I've had an
offer of sample JCL to extract data from those offloaded files. (I
certainly appreciated the offer/help). I'm hoping that it might be
easy enough to identify the system log dataset and pull data from it
directly. I have no idea whether or not this can be done.
If yes, then it would certainly be easier to extract this data in a raw
format rather than to have to rely on the PRINT ODSN method.
Kindly advice and pointers would be welcome.
Thanks,
Mark
