It seems to be Catch 22: Those packages are available for download from
ShopzSeries. However ShopzSeries electronic delivery is not available in
Poland.
What's funny, I can download (as a "web deliverables") packages for
older system versions.
BTW: As I read in IBM several documents, those packages *should be*
available on downloads page.
No, it's NOT funny, it's annoying. :-(
