In Europe, there are a lot of multi-lingual Mainframers commuting between Capital cities or their equivalent, still a paucity of (Mainframe) jobs. This has been the situation since 2001. Things have not recovered since. ** Unfortunately the employers don't consistently use the same phrase for the same job ** Nowadays not many employers or indirectly, their (employment) agencies know what a sysprog does or is.
