Hi. Is there anybody out there using z/OS flashcopy that could/would answer a couple questions for me?
I am running z/OS 1.4 on a z9bc attached to a DS6800 array. 1. Do Flashcopy relationships established through the z/OS interfaces show up in the DS GUI screens? They don't on mine and I want to make sure it isn't something I'm missing. 2. Is there some command within any of the z/OS interfaces (dfdss, TSO, ickdsf) that will show me a simple source-->target relationship report for all the flashcopies in place? I am using the FCQUERY command but it leaves a lot to be desired. It will show that a volume has relationships, and how many, but not what the destination volumes are. All I want is a list of "this source volume is attached to this/these target volumes". 3. Is there someplace the TSO commands are documented? I would read the manual - if I could find one! I've searched the TSO bookshelf as well as the DS6800 books to no avail.
