It was supported for everything except[1] ERP and SVC code. The
translation algorithm for the nucleus was different from the
translation algorithm for everything else. BTDTGTS.

R/O is stronger than refreshable, but neither is stronger than
reentrant, since neither implies serialization.
[1] The transient area handler was written to load single CSECT
modules with nor RLD data.
