We have recently upgraded from z/OS 1.4 to 1.7.
When attempting to rebuild the Book Server catalog, I get these symptoms
from the USS[1] task, so the catalog never gets fully rebuilt
IEW4000I FETCH FOR MODULE CEEMENU3 FROM DDNAME -LNKLST- FAILED BECAUSE
INSUFFICIENT STORAGE WAS AVAILABLE.
CSV031I LIBRARY ACCESS FAILED FOR MODULE CEEMENU3, RETURN CODE 24,
REASON CODE 26080021, DDNAME *LNKLST*

TIME=11.54.38
IEFUSI hasn't changed and bypasses all checking when the sub system is
OMVS.
How do I increase the region available to a spawned task ?
[1] yes I know I shouldn't call it USS :)
