No, not certain.  But I thought that I had heard somewhere that the machine
L.L.Bean was testing with was licensed.  One article said they've been
"running this code" since September 2004. 

Does PSI have a real mainframe?

Would PSI be so blatant as to demonstrate unlicensed IBM software at SHARE?

Now an InformationWeek article relays that PSI will "continue to sell
systems based on IBM technology despite a patent infringement lawsuit".  

Continue to sell?
