We've been getting these since we implemented EMC DASD several years ago. There's a management program that needs to be available if you want to get rid of the message. When I first asked about it, EMC told me it's just an accounting module and doesn't impact operation of the DASD. I had to force myself to ignore it or find a way to manage it.
