Specify MANF=EMC, some good-looking values for the MASKn fields, assemble and link it, and everyone should be happy, since the module evidently doesn't actually do anything (yet). (Did I mention not to try this at home...?) In any case the message is documented in APAR OA11351 as something you can ignore.
