I did a simliar migration of our entire virtual tape environment a year ago using TapeCopy by OpenTech - thousands upon thousands of tapes, multi-file, multi-volume - pretty much everything - error free & completed ahead of schedule. We're a CA1 shop & TapeCopy took care of all the paperwork & pretty much preserved all the control information. You might want to talk to the OpenTech people about what they could do for you with tape managment system. The staff there have been a real pleasure to work with. ddk ************************************************************************************** This e-mail message and all attachments transmitted with it may contain legally privileged and/or confidential information intended solely for the use of the addressee(s).
