 No matter how many times I proofread before posting, I still 
can't seem to find all the typos. 
 
 The first instance should have said "not quiesced".  That is,
if the timestamp is 09/17/2042 and "System was nondispatchable"
is 00:00:00.000000, then the system was not quiesced. 
 
  Otherwise, "System was nondispatchable" represents the amount
of elapsed time for which the system was quiesced.
