Well in the real world where I was this is what happened. But the
people demanding a stable system system went ballistic. They really
raised holy H*LL about this (sorry darrin) I can't say I wasn't
unsympathetic to them. We should have threatened to turn loose the ca-
rep on them though. They would not have forgiven us for that but it
would have gotten the point across.
2. Connect the production system to the outside world and let the
ISV product talk to the ISV website server thing to verify license
and dynamically update the license (e.g., "call home").
I have never seen this in real life does it really happen?
