Or... You must specify the exact family name. otherwise the name is not
found. Are you sure that you write the persons name correctly? 

from the error message: Hint: the last name must be spelled exactly and
completely, although the case is not significant.

IBMers can opt-out of being listed there.  Some, for example, believe 
that spammers can harvest email addresses from IBM's whois site, and 
choose to opt-out to help reduce the amount of spam they receive.

Others may opt-out to avoid having their phone number made publicly 
available, thus reducing potential interruptions during the work day.

By default all IBMers are listed, as far as I know, and they must 
explicitly opt-out to become unlisted.
