Exactly :believing other platforms are sh.. is one of the reasons we have
difficulties to get  young graduates to work in mainframe 
It is arrogance from the blind and this is why mainframe is losing it's part
of the market day after day .
The costs  in hardware , in software and in arrogance will kill us !
