Generally when I have been asked a question like this it is because a *vendor* asked - and won't accept the answer. Most of them via ETR with IBM. In fairness the frequency (of the question) has dropped to almost zero in the last couple of years. The other occasion(s) it's along the lines of "we have 1.7; where are the manuals for <insert component> - the DVD only has [1.4|1.5|1.6] ???"
