Why does it say YesPE above. I thought that meant "ptf in error" but
apply
check says it will be applied. I have all the current enhanced holddata
applied. Am I just misreading what it is telling me above.

PTF UK21071 fixes APAR PK34517. That apar was taken as a PE against PTF
UK17442.
