<snip> Bottom line: If you are just getting ready to roll out, make sure you download current holddata and run SMP/E REPORT ERRORSYSMODS. If you have a PE applied that you can back off - do so. If you have a PE that has a fixing PTF, APPLY it. If you have a PE that you can't back off and there is no fixing PTF, see if you can get a ++APAR fix. If you can't do that, you have to decide if the problem could happen in your environment and think about delaying your roll out.
Mark </snip> Mark, we download all available maintenance and holddata twice a week and are on IBM problem notification list distributions. It didn't help us for several of these problems. For a couple of them we were the first installation to encounter the issue. Jon L. Veilleux [EMAIL PROTECTED] (860) 636-2683 This e-mail may contain confidential or privileged information.
