For "normal" orders, yes.  But I still want (really need) a way to get a 
PTF or few PTFs very quickly if I run into a problem during a change window.
2 hours won't cut it with possible IPLs, testing, etc.  Either the back end
has to be smart enough to get the small orders done quickly, or I need
something ala SRD "emergency" processing added into the RECEIVE ORDER
function.
