Well... it is working now.  I'm not sure why it wasn't before.  I was
also able to change the document selection to specifically get 
emails from IBM-MAIN instead of just searching for IBM-MAIN
somewhere in the document:


I set up the agent as follows:

Trigger "on event" - "After new mail has arrived"
Document selection: Field From contains [email protected]
Action: Modify field PRINCIPAL set to [email protected]
