UA33288 is available for z/OS 1.7 and UA33289 is for z/OS 1.8

IBM updated the APAR last night to include the HIPER flag.  The only 
keyword flag is "DATALOSS".  I've also suggested that they add "ECSHARING" 
as I thought that was a standard for all ECS issues.
