True, regardless of what we think about CA, and I'm not a fan by any
means, they do have a right to protect their intellectual property.  Not
only are they not going after the customers, they aren't suing IBM
either which as the third party seller in this case could have been
involved in the suit.  They are only going after the company they feel
stole their property.
