Subject: Re: IBMLINK and missing ETR records (13 minutes to report an
issue)

Hi,

We have also reported it failing for all users here

20020,487 ETR application List ETR records returns error
  No records were found.

Similar to the problem I submitted a few days ago

20009,487,000
Errors trying to view ETR

My suggestion is that everyone who experiences this click on Feedback
and submit one. That will document the number of customers impacted
you will be contacted by the help desk.
<SNIP>

Things are so bad, that I can't even get the web page to look at all our
outstanding ETRs for the whole account.

Further, I was given a 3270 account, and I am logged in, and the ETR
function is taking a LOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGG time to respond in just pulling
up the 4 or 5 records that I have open (I'm now at 5 minutes and
counting).

I think IBM's CEO should feel some of the pain by hearing from a
customer or two about this, besides a ticket with the help desk.

Regards,
Steve Thompson
