Just to add my 2 cents. Who is running the computer systems for LAX? My flight was delayed 15 hours. Do they have "heavy accents"?

I know 10 years ago when I opened a problem I ended up talking with a person from Germany. However in discussing IBMLINK I think its important to differentiate IBMLINK people and level 2 people. Overall I can honestly say I have had zero issues with people on IBMLINK and some issues with level 2 people. That being said, the current IBMLINK outages are at best outrageous and if it were to happen at almost any other company would be grounds for legal action. IBM, IMO is lucky that there aren't lawyers being talked to about poor quality of availability. It also makes a joke out of their availability claims for their software/hardware claims. That in itself should be grounds for firing several high level VP's and possibly a retirement of a one or more board members.
