I have a DASD volume that refuses to go offline.
D U,,,1301,1 gives me this

There is no reason that the catalog address space should have any
allocation to this volume (that I can see).
I have tried to restart the catalog address space with F CATALOG,RESTART
but it remains in the same state.
I have tried V 1301,OFFLINE,FORCE also to no avail.
Any ideas?
