Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question. I do have one of my own
though. What type of institute are you going to Singapore, and what type of
program are they offering? I'm curious, as most colleges in the US have
long ago stopped teaching anything about mainframes. IBM has started a
program in a few colleges, but I don't think there are more than 3 or 4
different classes, and I think they are in only 8 or 10 different schools.
