Yep, it's on.
We tentatively decided a few levels ago that maybe CA-Deliver and/or
CA-View might be "doing something", since they both get rather "cozy"
with JES2. The Initiator List worked fine on our "pure blue" D/R "floor
system" (haven't tried 5.14 there, though).
