Leon,

The value is at offset 128 in the Processor Accounting Section of the
SMF type 30 record.  It is variable CPUZIETM in the JOBS and STEPS
datasets of Barry Merrill's MXG system if you build a performance
database with that software.

I've found out that I have another problem trying to get that data.  We
aren't at z/OS v1.8 yet either.  We're at v1.7 with plans to install
v1.9 next year.  However, Sirius is doing an analysis for us.  I guess
their doing it the hard way.
