You may look at CSM (stands for Cross Sysplex Manager) from www.Hostsystems.de. The product does many things, like leting a JOB running on sysplex A to read & write datasets on Sysplex B. It also has an ISPF OPT3.4 interface to look at catalogs, volume and files of the remote sysplex (if you are authorized to, of course).
