Its probably past time to start up another discussion about the upcoming
time change in the US, but I'll be the one to kick it off if someone
hasn't already in the past 24 hours.  Darren, its my fault.  Thanks for
the great service you and your school have provided to all of us.

This will be the first fall where my shop has run with the clock set to
GMT.  We plan to use the SET TIMEZONE cmd to update the offset on
Sunday.  However, we've located two SMTP items on z/OS which look like
they require manual editing:  The SMTPDATA member in SYS1.TCPPARMS and
the SMTPNOTE Clist member in TCPIP.SEZAINST for z/OS v1.7. We plan to
bounce the SMTPSERV address space to pick up its new parms and refresh
LLA after updating the SMTPNOTE clist.  Do others handle these
differently or have items I've left out?
