COBOL has several ACCEPTED from multiple years (and releases) ago. (One requirement that we just revoted on and resubmitted has been ACCEPTED since 1991!!!) LE (in SHARE at least) has NEVER "accepted" a requirement - they just go from "recognized" to "available" (without even getting to announced - even when they are).
Then again, John Ehrman (for HLASM) tends to go from "someone thinking about a good idea" to AVAILABLE - before we even get to vote on the requirement <G>.
