Thanks for the information. I am still trying to convince the PTBs that
using WLM to control CPU consumption by area is superior to splitting
the single system into multiples so that it can be done via PR/SM
weights. There are other pluses to splitting, such as a better testing
environment for system level changes, but CPU management is not one of
them.
