IBM _may_ have intended to run PSI's money out, but after the third financing round and Microsoft's entry any such hope will have vapourized - Microosft can easily afford to keep the case going for years using the coffee machine budget. But, of course, IBM has also frozen its own business. An obvious consequence of the action, but one they may have planned to be short-lived. And now it isn't. So - with the case ongoing - what and how can they change without implicit admissions that some things they were doing were questionable? -- Phil Payne http://www.isham-research.co.uk +44 7833 654 800 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
