How does an FMID's JCLIN specify a minimum release of SMP/E or of any utility? In a comment?
I'll leave that decision to the SMP/E developers. They have been supporting special JCLIN "comments" for years. For example, TYPE= on the IEBCOPY COPY statement; RC=nn on the binder NAME statement, etc.
