We (Proginet) sell a product called IND$FILE Plus, that is an add-on with various bells & whistles to 3270 emulators. I don't know its history (it was around long before I started here), but it's still being marketed. Clearly this is a niche market, and other file transfer products (which we of course also sell :-)) are a better bet for most situations.
